Technical Basis: An interactive chatbot based on third-party AI technology provider solutions (hereinafter: "Chatbot") is available on the Website. Using the Chatbot means accepting that the conversations are processed by this provider's infrastructure.
Purpose: The Chatbot serves an auxiliary function — providing general information, facilitating contact with the Service Provider, and preliminary presentation of the offer. It does not replace direct consultation and does not constitute a binding commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Large Language Model Limitations: The Service Provider informs that generative language models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect responses. Content generated by the Chatbot is for orientation purposes only. Any business, legal, or financial decisions should be preceded by verification with the Service Provider.
Prohibited Uses: It is forbidden to attempt to bypass Chatbot security, including:
No Liability for Misuse: The Service Provider is not liable for content obtained as a result of deliberate security bypasses or due to technical errors on the part of the technology provider. Such content does not express the position or views of the Service Provider.
Log Storage: The Service Provider processes chat logs from the Chatbot to ensure system security and improve service quality. This constitutes the administrator's legitimate interest under Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting Irregularities: If the Chatbot generates inappropriate or doubtful content, please inform us immediately at: kontakt@aicanfly.net
In matters not regulated here, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code. Possible disputes will be resolved amicably, and in the absence of agreement — before the court competent for the Service Provider's seat.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The current version is always available at: aicanfly.net/en/terms
